Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within Australia. Remote areas may take a little longer.

 

Express Shipping: Available at checkout if you need your goodies fast.

 

Tracking: Every order comes with tracking — we’ll send you the details once your package is on its way.

 

Delays: Once shipped, delivery times are in the hands of Australia Post/couriers. We’re not responsible for postal delays, but we’ll always help chase things up if needed.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages: We’re not liable for parcels lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the courier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
